Our community library is located on the campus of Whitmore Elementary School.  They offer our community members and students, books, magazines, videos and books on tape for loan.  During the summer they host a reading program, encouraging students to participate not only in reading, but in crafts as well.  Seventeen children completed the summer reading program and they celebrated with punch and other treats.

The library is open six days a week.  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.

Our library is unique, it is staffed entirely of volunteers, several are retired teachers, who enjoy sharing their knowledge with the students or visitors to the library.

 The library offers internet access and computers for those who would like to take advantage of them.

The library is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Wednesday's it is open until 7 p.m.
